As announced in the prospectus published by Computime Holdings p.l.c. in October 2024 in connection with its listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange earlier this year, Alistair Mangion has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective 1st January 2025.  He replaces Andrew Borg who will retain his post on the board as Executive Director until the next annual general meeting, with a view to taking on a non-executive capacity thereafter.

As indicated in the prospectus, the Board of Directors had determined that the former CEO’s successor should be selected from amongst the existing executive officers of the group with a view to ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to the business. Alistair Mangion was appointed by the Board for his sharp financial and business acumen, as well as his proven ability to perform and deliver at the highest levels. Following the conclusion of the ongoing process of handing over of responsibilities by the former CEO, Alistair will be supported by a team of in-house bred and extremely talented chief officers, each having decades of loyal and dedicated service to Computime.

Alistair, who first joined Computime in 2004, is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Technology Management from Grenoble Graduate School of Business. From 2016 to the end of 2024, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. In the role of CFO, Alistair worked closely with Andrew, and under his guidance played a key role in implementing the corporate processes and restructuring needed to secure a listing on the Malta Stock Exchange and mobilise the Computime group for the next phase of its strategic development.

The Board expresses its continued confidence in the Group’s leadership, composed of seasoned executives who have worked together for the last two decades to drive Computime’s growth – and with the helm of the Group in the hands of an executive team having such a deep understanding of the culture, vision and ambition of Computime, the Board looks forward to years of sustained success.

The Board takes this opportunity to publicly extend its gratitude to Andrew Borg, who is the last of the original four shareholders of Computime Holdings p.l.c. to retire from full-time service, and looks forward to his continued contribution at Board level, in a non-executive capacity. Under Andrew’s leadership and unwavering dedication, the Group achieved remarkable growth and success. His legacy sets a strong foundation for the future, and for the growth to be sought under the stewardship of the Group’s new CEO and the Computime executive team.
